Magnesium citrate, midland hawthorn fruit extract, maltodextrine, carrier (polyvinylpyrrolidone), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide).

Magnesium:

– help to reduce tiredness and fatigue,

– support the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles,

– help to maintain the proper psychological functions.

Vitamin B6:

– contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism,

– helps in the proper functioning of the immune system and the proper production of red blood cells.

Midland hawthorn:

– supports the heart function and regulates its activity,

– increases the oxygen supply and improves peripheral blood circulation,

– contributes to reducing irritability and helps to fall asleep.

It is recommended to take from 1 to 2 tablets a day, after a meal, with water.
