Maltodextrin, thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine, vit. B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), carrier (polyvinylpyrrolidone), cyanocobalamin (vit. B12), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

The ingredients of the product help in:

– the proper functioning of the nervous system (thiamine, vitamin B6, vitamin B12),

– maintaining normal psychological functions (thiamine, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12),

– normal functioning of the heart (thiamine) and immune system (vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12),

and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12).

A varied diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended.

1 tablet a day, after a meal, with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product must not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in case of renal failure, kidney stones or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Using other preparations containing zinc or vitamin D at the same time should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist.
